AVM combines custom ECU/TCU calibration, a Dynomax AWD dyno, motorcycle testing, diagnostics and workshop expertise at one location.

A technical process instead of a generic tuning file

Every project starts with the specific vehicle, software version, gearbox, hardware and mechanical condition. We identify and save the original data where technically possible, define a realistic target and verify the result with logs or a dyno run when required.

How an AVM project works

  1. Send the vehicle model, engine, year, gearbox, mileage and known modifications.
  2. AVM checks the technical starting point and selects the correct access method.
  3. The software is calibrated for the specific data version and agreed target.
  4. Function, plausibility and, when requested, power and torque are verified.

Professional equipment on site

AVM works with Magicmotorsport FLEX and Alientech KESS3 systems. The Dynomax AWD dyno supports objective measurement instead of relying only on claimed values. A separate motorcycle dyno is also available.

AVM offers file service, ECU/TCU support and advice on compatible programming tools. Send the vehicle, control unit, software version and project requirements before arranging the work.

Our workshop and dynos are at Glücksburger Straße 31, 49477 Ibbenbüren, Germany. There are no additional workshop locations on the regional pages.

Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00; Saturday 09:00–13:00. Please arrange an appointment before travelling.

For a quote and time estimate, send your vehicle details, modifications, known faults and intended use. Measurement and approval requirements are agreed for the individual project.
